What you'll need
- The warden username and password The same login as the console on the computer. Tick Keep me signed in on this phone to stay signed in for 30 days; the installed app ticks it for you.
- Your own Android phone or iPhone Android: Chrome, Samsung Internet or Edge. iPhone: Safari. Not a student's or a shared phone.
- InternetThe console always shows live information, so it needs a connection.
What you can do in the app
- Approve gate passesOne tap per pass or per group, after the supervisor has called the parents.
- Live gate boardWho is out right now, who is late, and every exit and return as it happens.
- Roll callApprove the supervisor's 10 PM roll call and see who was absent.
- AlertsLate-return alerts as they happen, all in Notifications.
On Android, long-press the VU Warden icon for shortcuts: Note Sheets, Gate Pass, Roll Call, Notifications.
